When the recorder does not power on, please check the following information:
-
Power Source:
-
Ensure that the car charger is properly connected to the vehicle's power supply, and the charger's indicator light is on.
-
Check if the car charger is the standard version or a compatible model.
-
If using a voltage reducer cable, please check if it is correctly installed and connected to the vehicle's battery, as well as if the voltage reducer cable is the standard version.
-
-
SD Card:
-
Confirm that the SD card has been correctly inserted into the recorder's slot.
-
Check if the SD card is a microSD card with a capacity ranging from 16GB to 256GB.
-
Verify that the data rate of the SD card is U3 (UHS-3) or higher. If not, it can still be used, but the recording effect may be affected.
-
If possible, try removing and reinserting the SD card, or try using another known good SD card.
-
-
Recorder Device:
-
Check if the recorder's exterior has any visible damage from collisions.
-
Ensure that the power socket of the device is intact and there are no gaps or damage to the metal contact points.
-
If the indicator light is not on, it may indicate that the device has failed to power on properly.
