Sound stopped working, does anyone have a fix? It’s only six months old?

Firstly, please reset your monitor, there is a reset button on the back of the monitor(open the stand). Secondly, go to home page > Alert > Sound Alert, please make sure it doesn't choose "off". What's more, please press the "+" volume button on the top of the baby monitor.
