What can I do when this camera cannot connect with the App?

1. Press the RESET button(next to the USB port) for 5secs to reset the camera
2. Make sure the device is On and the red light is Flashing before setting up
3. Smartphone and camera under the Same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi Networks
4. It's a plug-in camera that needs to be plugged into an outlet for continuous power and use
