What KAWA products can work with KAWA cloud?

Currently, only KAWA security cameras support KAWA cloud.

Should I register KAWA cloud account to use KAWA security cameras?

NO. KAWA doesn't force users to use cloud service, it is an optional storage method. You can choose to use a micro SD card to store recordings. And it doesn't affect users to use any camera features if not subsribe to KAWA cloud.  

How do I subscribe to KAWA cloud?

You can subsribe to KAWA cloud via KAWA App.

Is there a trial of an KAWA Secure Plan?

Yes, every KAWA account have a chance to get a free trial, which is 7 days recording and valid only for 30 days. The free trial can no longer be used after 30 days.

How to watch and download cloud recordings?

You only can watch and download cloud recordings on cloud setting via KAWA App.

Can I get a full refund if I haven't used the cloud plan?

Unfortunately no. The cloud plan you purchase will take effect from the moment you successfully pay for it. Whether you use the cloud plan or not, it will be consumed every day during the valid time. 

Can I switch plans once registered? 

Unfortunately no. If you want to change the package, you need to use up the current cloud package and change the cloud package when you purchase the cloud package again. Therefore, when purchasing cloud packages, please choose carefully.

Does KAWA cloud support automatic renewal?

Unfortunately no.  If you buy a monthly package, you need to buy it again every time you use it up. Therefore, if you are highly dependent on cloud packages and are worried about forgetting to renew, you can choose to buy an annual package, and the price of the annual package is more favorable.

How long is a cloud video?

The continuous recording is 30 minutes per video, and the motion recording is 30 seconds per video.
