Prepare and install the hardwire kit cable correctly. This is a necessary condition for triggering the parking surveillance mode, allowing the dash cam to protect your vehicle while parked.
To enable the feature:

Via the Dash Cam's Menu:

Press the function button below the settings icon to access the settings.

Select "Video Settings" > "Parking Surveillance Function" and turn it on.

Via the KAWA AUTO App:

Open the app and click on the dash cam to enter the preview interface.

Tap on the settings icon in the top right corner of the dash cam preview.

Navigate to "Advanced Settings" > "Parking Surveillance Function" and turn it on.

Triggering the Parking Surveillance Mode:
With the parking surveillance function enabled, when the vehicle's engine is turned off, the dash cam enters standby mode. If the built-in G-sensor detects a collision within five minutes, it will record an emergency surveillance video. After five minutes, any further collisions detected by the G-sensor will trigger parking surveillance video recording.

Find "Advanced Settings" > "Parking Surveillance Function" > "Collision Detection Sensitivity" and select the desired option.

Recommendation:
If the parking surveillance recordings frequently trigger when the car doors are closed, consider selecting a lower sensitivity level.
Motion Detection:
When the vehicle's engine is off and the dash cam is in standby mode, it will record an emergency video if it detects movement around the vehicle.
Time-Lapse Photography:
When the vehicle's engine is off, the dash cam records video at a sampling rate of 1 frame per second (effectively 60x slower than real-time). For example, a one-minute recording is actually a compressed video of 30 minutes, known as a time-lapse video.
In time-lapse mode, the dash cam continuously records the scene in its field of view and plays back the video at a speed 15 times faster than real-world events. If any abnormal events occur, the dash cam can record the cause and impact of the event as evidence.
When All Three Features Are Enabled:
When the dash cam detects the ACC OFF signal on the parking surveillance cable, it will enter motion detection mode. If a collision or suspicious person triggers the parking surveillance recording, the dash cam will record accordingly. During this process, the dash cam's screen will not turn on.
